The Canada-Kuwait Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement (FIPA) was signed in Ottawa yesterday by Canada’s Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, and Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. The signing took place during an official visit to Canada by Prime Minister Nasser, who attended the signing ceremony along with Prime Minister Harper.
